I recently purchased a set of three Berkline recliners for my theatre from Champion Billiards and Barstools in Springfield, VA. The order took 8 weeks when six was the max promised and I had to follow up several times to find my order. My salesman promised that if I wasn't satisfied that I could return my chairs until I was satisfied. I realized that it was salesman talk but I trusted the gentleman. He left the company before my order came in so all oral promises were off. The chairs came in and I had ordered fabric instead of leather because the leather chairs made a horrible squeeking noise when reclining. We I took the chairs home and set them up, they were horribly uncomfortable. I had been searching for chairs for six months and the ones in leather in the store were fine but these in fabric were night and day different. I complained to the Manager of the store and he assured me that he couldn't do anything but he would contact the manufacturers representative to have him come to my house. That was a month ago and no follow up. Bottom line, don't order any Berkline chairs from these guys. They don't back up their product and their follow up is truly bad.

I hear that all of the Champion Billiards and Barstools are going out of business. Closing their doors. They filed for Ch 11 in June 2008 and now closing - don't buy from them unless you like taking risks

Victor Billiard Table

Hello, Yes, I know, it has been a considerable time since my last post but I've been busy building the new Billiards Forum release, which should be done shortly. I'm posting now in hopes of finding someone with some knowledge about Victor Billiard Tables . Victor pool tables are no longer made, but there is a growing number of billiard enthusiasts who are working on restoration projects. If anyone has one of these old Victor billiard tables, victor pool table parts, pictures of victor pool tables, or anything else of interest relating to this brand of table, please, leave us a comment and share.
